Technicial Specifications
- Normal and training diameters of 5.56×45 mm, 7.62×51 mm, 7.62×39 mm, 7.62×54 mm, 7.65×17 mm, 9×19 mm and 12.7×99 mm It is suitable for single, semi-automatic or fully automatic firing of guns (without steel core).
- 50 caliber is designed for single, semi-auto, fully automatic high volume firing up to 16000 FPE (without steel core).
- 12.7 The weight of the cabinet is 10000 kg and above. This weight is directly proportional to the amount of armor steel used for the system and steel piping.
- Snail part of the firing chamber and the firing path armor STANAG 4569 LEVEL 1
- In the cabins where 7 ammunition will be used, a pressure cell is formed by using high pressure resistant boiler steel. The pressure cell of the firing chamber is made of P235GH boiler steel.
- The body of the shooting cabin is made of 500 series armor steel, which is characterized as rolled homogenous armor-RHA.
- The shooting cabin allows a total of at least 1,000,000 (one million) ammunition shots.
- Although ATEX (ex-proof) is used as the cabinet fan, a larger fan is preferred. The stronger the evacuation, the higher the security it will have. (In order to control whether the cabin fan is working or not, the fan is brought under control by means of sensors and it has been turned into a system that prevents the discharge in case it does not work).
- Water will circulate through a pump in order to evacuate unburned powders, nuclei and certain particles in the cabin. The water pump to be used has been determined as ATEX (exproof). (This pump was taken under control by means of sensors and turned into a system that prevents the shot in case it does not work). The Ex-Proof motor circulating water pump is connected with the pressure cell, and it provides the removal of unburned gunpowder and other particles from the pressure cell to the core chamber with the spring nozzles that provide spraying. Since the gunpowder in the cabin will be circulated with the help of water, a particle filter is placed in the water tank.
- By eliminating the risk of running out of water, the water requirement of the system is automated with the help of a float. In addition, internal corrosion is prevented by using non-flammable oil in water.
- The most wearable armor steels are designed to be replaceable. The wear of the armor plates can be controlled during the maintenance to be carried out at certain periods and it is produced in a system that can be changed when necessary.
- A silencer is designed to break the sound at a certain level in the muzzle.
- In case the cabinet is installed indoors, indoor safety can be monitored continuously by placing sensors for dangerous/toxic gases in the indoor environment at more than one point.
- These devices are guaranteed according to certain shot counts. The number of shots is recorded with a counter that the operator enters into the control unit, and accuracy is checked with sensors.
- An automation system has been created that displays the status on the screen, shows the fault conditions, and warns with audible and visual warnings.
- There is a wheeled and towable type, core collection chamber suitable for positioning under the shooting cabin.
- In the cabin, it has been made much longer lasting and safer by using tank paint instead of non-durable and flammable paints.
- There is a safe shooting stand that prevents rebound and bounce during shooting.
- The operator and the machine part are separated by a wall from the barrel entrance.
Note: Air intake and air discharge fans installed in indoor shot test cabins are determined as a result of taking the measurements of the environment and space, and their supply and assembly is applied.

Our options:
- Sensor sensitive automatic fire extinguishing system in the room where the system will be installed.
- Sound insulation of the room where the system will be installed.
- Door with fingerprint reader and registration system to the entrance of the room where the system will be installed.
- Camera system that can see the point where the shot will be made from the most detailed angle.
- Gun rest stand and empty cartridge collection stand.
- The bean collection chamber can be manufactured with a lock. Armor-piercing bullets, which may be mixed with the ammunition used in the shootings, can be controlled by the authorities.
- It is possible to purchase the desired number of spare armors. It must be declared at the manufacturing stage.
A pressure cell can be added in 7.62 cabins. A safety valve can be added that can evacuate the high pressure and high amount of gas that may occur in the case of 12.7mm ammunition even for single shooting purposes. This decision, which will be made in order to maximize safety, must be decided before manufacturing. Based on this, there are differences in the design.
